NEON Mall Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all Customers of NEON Mall Platform and the Services. By accessing the NEON Mall Platform, you consent and agree to be bound by:

and any amendments, revisions, updates, or modifications to each of the foregoing we make from time to time.

NEON Mall may, in whole or part, amend these Terms. You shall be informed of the criteria, conditions, and methods stipulated under the applicable laws.

You affirm that:

• You are of legal age and are fully able and legally competent to enter into and be bound by these Terms; or
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the person using the NEON Mall Platform and agree to these Terms and will ensure that the person using the NEON Mall Platform abides by and complies with these Terms.

If you are not of legal age nor legally competent, you must obtain permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to open an account on the NEON Mall Platform. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an account, you must accept and comply with these Terms on the minor's behalf and you will be responsible for the minor’s actions, and you will be responsible for any charges associated with the minor’s use of the NEON Mall Platform or Services. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this NEON Mall Platform or Services.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
